Olam Agri in the US Earns 2025 Great Place To Work Certification™ for the Second Consecutive Year

Richardson, Texas - This year, 92% of employees said we’re a great place to work. This recertification reflects Olam Agri’s position as an employer of choice in the U.S. committed to empowering its employees to have the freedom to shape their career, the business and the world around them, while thriving in a purpose-led organisation that values inclusion, innovation, and collaboration.
In the survey, 99% of respondents said they are treated fairly regardless of their race and 96% highlighted that Olam Agri is a physically safe place to work and fosters a welcoming environment for new employees. Additionally, 95% expressed a sense of pride when reflecting on their accomplishments and appreciate being able to take time off from work when necessary.
