Our portfolio serves sectors from food manufacturing through to personal care with a range of oils that includes palm, rapeseed, soybean and sunflower oils. Our sourcing, refining, blending, bottling, distribution and supply chain capabilities, combined with our advanced risk management expertise and tools, means we’re able to manage supply and risk for customers across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. We operate edible oil processing and refining in Nigeria and Mozambique where we refine crude vegetable oils and market refined, bleached and deodorised palm oil, palm olein and refined soybean oil to supply customers in the region.

Palm Oil Sourcing
We are committed to a traceable, transparent palm oil supply chain that ensures no deforestation of HCS or HCV forests, no peatland development, zero burning, and responsible labour practices. Using tools like Global Forest Watch Pro and Maphubs, we’ve mapped over 1,000 mills, monitor deforestation monthly, gain risk insights, manage supply chain relations, and uphold grievance monitoring to protect ecosystems and communities.
Traceability & Transparency
We source palm oil from third-party suppliers in Indonesia and Malaysia, prioritising RSPO members, who account for 90% of our supply. We work with suppliers to uphold our Responsible Palm Oil Policy, investigate non-compliance, and request corrective actions when required. Suppliers failing to implement changes within 12 months are removed from our supply chain.

Sustainable Oil Production in Nigeria
In Nigeria we refine crude vegetable oils and market refined, bleached and deodorised palm oil and palm olein. Our RSPO certified edible oil refinery maintains high food safety standards with its ISO 22000:2018 accreditation. We also comply with local Nigerian regulations like NAFDAC (National Agency of Food & Drug Administration) and MANCAP (The Mandatory Conformity Assessment Program), ensuring product quality and safety before selling or exporting.
Sustainable Oil Production in Mozambique
Our Fasorel edible oil factories both in south and central Mozambique have achieved RSPO certification and ISO 22000:2018 certification, underscoring our commitment to sustainable and safe food production practices.
Sustainable Palm Oil Commitments
We’re fully supportive of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). Our Responsible Palm Oil is fully traceable and produced under RSPO defined terms. We continue to work towards a traceable and transparent palm oil supply chain with our third-party suppliers to ensure they uphold our sustainable palm policies and commitments.
